Tuesday's Truth

The truth is I spent 4 hours this morning in a really long meeting with a man that is the most aggravating person I've ever met. And I didn't even quit afterward.

The truth is I ate s'mores this weekend and it made me smile.

The truth is one of my co-workers brought me cookies today and it totally made my day.

The truth is I get my birthday off this year as a paid holiday...how cool is that? (Ok, it's only because the 4th of July is on a Saturday and we have to take a day off the week before to celebrate, but still...pretty sweet!)

The truth is that I've played lots of games with Rook cards over the past 20 years, but I played "Rook" for the first time this weekend, and it was super fun!

The truth is that Yellowstone is not as boring as I thought it was when I was 12. It's actually beautiful and quite enjoyable.

The truth is that I really, really like sleeping in my own bed. It's super comfy, the perfect height, and it fits my back just right.

The truth is that I'm the first employee in the state to have a full caseload in our new computer system at work. Wish me luck, I hope it works alright!
